今回も体を支える力を高める運動を紹介します。

まず、足か手のどちらかを円の中心に決めます。
次に、腕立て伏せを始める時の姿勢をとります。

足が中心の時は手を、手が中心の時は足を動かします。
手や足を開いて閉じて、コンパスのように回りましょう。

ポイントは開く、閉じるをはっきり動かすこと！
手を動かすと腕力が、足を動かすと体幹の力がつきますよ。

世界には数多くの言語（7139言語 by Ethnologue)がありますが、中には不思議で面白い言語も存在します♪

「ソルレソル」（ソレソです）という言語は文字の代わりに「ド・レ・ミ・ファ・ソ・ラ・シ」の音の高さを組み合わせて単語や文字列を構成しています。つくった人はフランスの作曲家です。
絶対音感がないと理解できないということになりますね。笑
あっても理解ができませんが・・・。難しい！！

夏休みもあと1週間になりました。元気に過ごせていますか？
今回は、体を支える腕の力がつくアザラシウォークを紹介します。

床に寝そべった姿勢から腕を立てて上半身を支えます。
その姿勢を保持したまま、腕を動かして前に進んでみましょう！
お部屋の端から端まで移動できるかな？

ポイントはお腹に力を入れて腰をまっすぐに伸ばすこと！
腕の力がつくと逆上がりや跳び箱が上手にできるようになりますよ。

You can learn a lot about the countries of the world and the schools of the world.
I think it's also good for self-study material :p

The better you know about foreign countries, the better you will know about your own country. That's the theory :)
It's not only about culture etc., but also various systems like education system, corona prevention system etc.
Japan might be behind the world( other developed countries) somehow. We may have to abandon stereotypes(I can rather say "common sense") and learn new things from abroad. Like the era when the country was opened from isolation.
It's just like what Einstein said.

世界にはとてもたくさんの言語があり、それが国を超えたコミュニケーションの障害になっていることは事実です。
そんなときは、「音楽」が助けてくれるかもしれません♪
どの国にも、どんな民族にも必ず音楽が存在します。それはつまり、人類という生き物は音楽なしでは生きていけないということを意味するのかもしれません。
音楽に国の壁はありません♪

先日、オーストリアのザルツブルクの友人からザルツブルク音楽祭の招待がきました。残念ながら断らなければいけませんでしたが、コロナが落ち着いたらまた行きたいものです♪（モーツァルトの出身地です！）

以前、ザルツブルクのホテルのピアノを弾いていたら、お客さんが集まりだし、最終的にホテルの方が部屋のアップグレードとレストランでのワイン無料券をくれました。衝撃的な思い出です♪（お酒は飲めないのでアップルジュースに変えてもらいました。笑）
そのとき弾いたのは「もののけ姫」や「アナ雪」などだったと思います。国も言葉も関係なく人々とつながれたことはとてもうれしかったです♪
皆さんも、音楽で国際交流を目指してみてはどうでしょうか？

It's true that there are so many languages in the world that are an obstacle to cross-country communication :(

Music always exsists in every country and every ethnic group. That may mean that human beings cannot live without music.

The other day, a friend of mine in Salzburg, Austria invited me to the Salzburg Music Festival. Unfortunately I had to decline, but I'd like to go again when The situation became better :) (Mozart's birthplace!)

Previously, when I was playing the piano at a hotel in Salzburg, customers gathered and finally a hotel stuff gave me "a room upgrade" and "a free wine voucher" at a restaurant in the hotel. It's an amazing and wonderful memory for me ;)) (I can't drink alcohol, so I ordered an apple juice. Lol)
I played "Princess Mononoke" and "Frozen" at that time. I was very happy to be able to connect with people regardless of country or language.
Why don't you all aim for international exchange(communication) with music? ;)

　久しぶりに、教室に元気な声が戻ってきました。夏休みにあった楽しい出来事を聞いたり、宿題を見たりして、先生たちは、楽しい一日を過ごしました。みなさんの顔を見られて、先生たちは、ほっとしました。
　２年生のみなさん、夏休みも残り少なくなりましたが、元気に過ごしてくださいね。そして、９月１日は、元気に登校できるといいですね。

外国の人々とつきあうとき、必ず日本について聞かれます。
私も、日本のことが分からず、「わかりません」と答えることしかできないこともありました。そんなときは、やはり残念そうな顔をされます。

日本が世界に誇れることはたくさんあります。
外国人とのスキンシップにオススメなのは、「折り紙」「日本料理」「日本の伝統的な小物（扇子など）」を紹介したり、プレゼントすることです♪

海外の小学校で、折り紙を教えてあげるととても喜ばれます！
今は、鶴が折れない日本の子どももたくさんいるので、ぜひ折れるようにしておくとよいと思います♪
また、日本食も人気ですし、日本の包丁や包丁技術は世界からとても高く評価されています。そんなものも紹介してみるのもオススメです！
上の写真は、ドイツで私が友人たちのためにつくった朝食です。リンゴのスワンは私でもできるくらい簡単なのでオススメです♪

「英語が話せない！」という方も、話さなくてもすぐに仲良くなる方法はたくさんあります♪ぜひ試してみてください。

Whenever I communicate with foreigners, I'm always asked about Japan.
Sometimes I could only answer "I don't know." In such a case, I still have a disappointing face :( Shame on me..

There are many things that Japan can be proud of in the world.
I recommend introducing or presenting "origami," "Japanese foods," and "traditional Japanese accessories (fans, etc.)" for getting along with foreigners :)

Teaching origami at an overseas elementary school makes kids super happy!!
Nowadays, there are many Japanese kids who can't make cranes with origami, so I think it's a good idea to learn how to make cranes with origami ;)
Japanese food is also popular, and Japanese kitchen knives and knife technique are highly regarded around the world. It's also recommended to introduce such a thing!
Btw, the picture is the breakfast I made for my friends in Germany. "Swan made of apple" is as easy as I can, so I recommend it ;))

Even if you don't speak English, there are many ways to get along quickly without having to speak ♪ Why don't you give it a try? :)

宇宙を大宇宙というのに対し、人体（人間）を小宇宙とよびます。
私は「医用遺伝子工学」「分子生物生体情報科学」が本来の専門なので、今回はミクロな世界の不思議をご紹介します♪

My original major is "medical genetic engineering" and "molecular biology bioinformatics", so this time I will introduce the wonders of the micro world:)


「不老不死」
年をとらずに生き続けることは人類の夢の一つでしょうか？
そんなこと不可能に決まっていると決めつけるのは早いかもしれません。
実は、不老に関しては身近なところにその鍵が存在するのです。
それは・・・、


「がん」です。
皮肉なことに、死亡原因トップである「がん」が「不老不死」の鍵なのです。
がん細胞は年を取りません。つまり、分裂を繰り返し続けるのです。
普通は、テロメアという染色体部分が細胞の分裂回数を制限しているため、老化がおこりますが、がん細胞はそれが正しく機能しなくなります。

がんを克服し、テロメアをコントロールできるようになったとき、我々は老化を克服するかもしれませんね。
小宇宙に関しても、まだまだ分からないことがたくさんあります！！
ぜひ、興味をもって色々と調べてみてほしいと思います♪

"Immortality"
Is it one of human dreams to stay alive without getting old?
It may be early to conclude that such a thing is impossible.
In fact, the key to immortality exists in our immediate surroundings.

"Ｃancer".
Ironically, "cancer", the leading cause of death, is the key to "immortality."
Cancer cells do not grow old. In other words, it keeps dividing.
Normally, telomeres, a part of the chromosome that limits the number of cell divisions, causes aging, but cancer cells don't function properly.

We may overcome aging when we can overcome cancer and control telomeres.
There are still many things we don't understand about the microcosm! !!
By all means, I'd like you to investigate various things with interest :)

映画「メン・イン・ブラック」が好きで、久々に全シリーズ見てしまいました♪
宇宙はロマンがありますね！
そんな宇宙の面白い話を２つ紹介しますね。

I'd like to introduce two interesting stories about the universe!


１．　太陽は減量中！
実は、太陽の質量は、１秒ごとに６０億kgずつ減っているのです！！
とんでもないダイエットですね！！我々は1kg減量するのにどれだけかかるか・・・笑
「このままだと太陽がなくなってしまう！」と心配した方・・・、ご心配なく！
これだけの質量を失いながらも、太陽の質量は１年で１０兆分の１減少するだけなんです。

1. The sun is on a diet!
In fact, the mass of the sun is decreasing by 6 billion kg every second! WOW!
How long does it take us to lose 1kg ... lol
Those who are worried that the sun will disappear at this rate ... Don't worry!
Despite losing this much mass, the mass of the sun is only reduced by a factor of 10 trillion in a year.

２．　銀河系はやがてブラックホールに吸い込まれてしまう！
何でも吸い込むブラックホール！有名ですね！
実は、銀河系の中心にあるブラックホールは少しずつですが、周囲の恒星を吸収して成長しています。やがて地球も・・・・。
でも、心配しないでください。全てを飲み込むまでに１００穣年(1000000000000000000000000000000年)かかります♪

2. The galaxy will soon be sucked into a black hole!
A black hole sucks in anything! It's famous,isn't it? :)
In fact, the black hole in the center of the galaxy is growing little by little, absorbing the surrounding stars. Eventually the earth ...
But don't worry!! It takes 1000000000000000000000000000000 years to swallow everything x))

暑い日が続きますね。
毎日ジョギングをしていたら、日焼け止めを塗っているのにすっかり焼けてしまいました。

ドイツの小学生たちからサプライズの手紙が届きました！
デジタル社会である今の時代、メールやＳＮＳが多用されることがすっかり定着しましたが、そんな時代だからこそアナログの手紙やはがきの良さをぜひ感じてほしいなと思います♪
手書き・手作りの手紙やはがきは、中に書かれている内容が同じでも、やっぱりもらったときのうれしさは比べものにならないと思います。

子どもも大人も、この夏休みに誰かに手紙やはがきを書いてみてはどうでしょうか？
サプライズで送ると相手の喜びも何倍にもなるかもしれませんよ♪

It's really hot these days, isn't it?
When I was jogging, I was wearing sunscreen. However it was completely burnt x)
It seems sunscreen doesn't work against such a hot weather perhaps..

Btw, I received a surprise letter from kids in Germany!! :)
In this era of digital society, the heavy use of e-mail and SNS has become firmly normal, but I'd LOVE you to feel the goodness of analog letters and postcards!
Even if the contents are the same, I think that the joy of receiving them is not comparable. IT IS QUITE DIFFERENT!

Why don't you write letters and postcards to someone during this summer vacation? ;)
Moreover, if you send it without letting know, I'm sure your friends etc. would feel very, very happy! Try now :)

ＰＴＡ生活部の皆さんに、各地区ごとに校区内を巡回し、通学路で危険な箇所を写真撮影していただき、報告書を提出していただきました。その通学路危険箇所を一覧表にまとめ、本日江南警察署生活安全課と、江南市教育委員会教育課へ提出しました。

こうして毎年、子どもたちの安全のためＰＴＡの皆さんによって児童の安全を守るための活動に取り組んでいただいています。

　1年生のみなさんのあさがおは、もうタネができたでしょうか。
タネをとっておいてくださいね。来年の１年生へのプレゼントにします。

　みんなでやった、あさがおの花を使った、色水作りやたたきぞめあそびは、たのしかったね。すてきな１学期の思い出です。

日本語教室（国際教室）はグローバルな視野で展開していますが、たまにはそれすらも超えて「宇宙」にも視野を広げてみましょう！

夏休みの自由研究は、自分で課題を設定して取り組むとても良い機会になると思います♪
科学が進歩した現在、この世界の物事の多くは説明がつくように。でも宇宙については・・・。興味のあることが見つからない・・・という子のために、宇宙の面白さを少しご紹介しますね。

未だに５％しか分かっていないんです。「ダークマター」「ダークエネルギー」「反物質」「クォーク」「レプトン」・・・。仮説では存在するはずなのに、今の人類では確認できないものもたくさんあるのです。
これらのキーワードについて、調べてみると面白いかもしれませんよ♪
「ブラックホール」「ヒッグス粒子」などもぜひ調べてみてください。

２．　小惑星を発見したら、自分で名前がつけられる！
これは有名な話ですね♪ただルールはあります。「１６文字以内」「誰でも発音可能」の２つです。覚えておいてください。
面白い名前だと「たこやき」「トトロ」「太郎」「しじみ」「アンパンマン」など色々あります☆

３．　宇宙の上にはさらなる宇宙がある！
宇宙だけでも未だに分からないことだらけ。でも今ある宇宙が１つとすると、それが無限に存在するようです。

8月に入りました。暑い日が続いていますね。
夏を健康に過ごすために、涼しいところで体を動かしましょう！
今回は、朝起きた後、1分間でできる簡単な運動を紹介します。

皆さんも一度はやったことのあるラジオ体操にある、体全体を動かす３つの運動です。
・体を横に曲げる運動　・体を前後に曲げる運動　・体をねじる運動
ポイントは、腕を伸ばして体を大きく動かすこと！

たった1分で「今日もがんばるぞ！」とスイッチが入りますよ。
大人の皆さんもぜひ、ご一緒に体を動かしてみて下さい。

夏休みの時期や長さ、内容などは国によって様々です。
今日はいくつか紹介したいと思います♪

世界的に９月から新学期が始まる国が多いです。日本も国際社会を考えて、９月スタートとする学校も大学などでは徐々に増えてきていますね。

夏休みの長さもわりと長く、社会人でもまとまって休暇をとれるシステムがヨーロッパでは特に充実しており、家族で長期間のバカンスを楽しんだりする人も多いです。
ドイツなどでは、州によって夏休みの時期をずらしています。渋滞や混雑を避けるためです。

９月から新学期のため、宿題もなしか少しの国が多いです。
普段はできない経験をするための時間、家族との絆を深める時間、新しいことにチャレンジするための時間に当てるという考え方です。
子どもたちは、宿題がないから遊んでばかりということではなく、自分で課題を設定して自ら学ぶことが当然という考え方です。
子どもの「自立」「自律」というものに対して、色々と考えさせられますね。

The length of summer vacation is relatively long, and the system that allows working people to take a vacation together is particularly well-developed in Europe, and many people enjoy long vacations with their families.
In Germany etc., the time of summer vacation is staggered depending on the state. This is to avoid traffic jams and congestion! (Nice idea!)

As September is the new semester, there are many countries with little homework.
The idea is to devote time to experiences that kids can't usually do, to deepen ties with your family, and to try new things.
The idea is that children don't just play because they do not have homework, but that it is natural for them to set their own tasks and learn by themselves.
It makes me think about the "independence" and "autonomy" of children in various ways. We have to think about it by seeing all over the world.

　１学期の「ほほえみタイム」の内容について、先生たちも振り返ってみることにしました。昨年度は、７つのスキルの練習をしました。本年度は、すでに４つのスキルを練習しています。これは、すごいことです。アンケートの結果が出ましたので、発表します。

「ためになったスキル第１位」 ストレスに対処するスキル
「がんばりたいスキル第１位」 ストレスに対処するスキルとあたたかい言葉をかけるスキル

　ストレスがたまっている子が多いのでしょうか。夏休みにリフレッシュできるといいですね。夏休みに、家族で１学期に練習したスキルについて、話し合ってみるといいですね。
